Review of Minutes from Previous Meeting Minutes accepted, with "Brombach" changed to "Bromberg"


Presentation of Year Three Budget and Objectives Due to lack of majority vote for previous vote, we need to vote again


Vote on approval of Year Three Budget and Objectives Fisher moves; Cervenak seconds Unanimous (11 votes - Almaktary, Buttry, Cervenak, Cherry, Fisher, Gizak, Kenney, Krot, Manore, Riggs, Shulgon, Sparks - need 2 additional for approval)


Presentation from Riggs from U.S. Attorney Youth initiatives DEFY Camp - 10 to 15 kids; 9-12 years old; day camp in Fenton


Site Director Report Business incubator/entrepreneur cubicles and space ready to go Announcement in the media 18-month window, from January '09 to June '10, for businesses to get going
